Encounters is the leading competitive short film festival in the UK. It combines extensive film exhibition, including a range of premieres and new talent from all over the globe, with education and training from respected industry professionals and an array of special events and parties.
The festival would not be possible without the help of its volunteer workforce and offers a variety of volunteer posts and roles, which provide valuable experience to those trying to break in to the industry.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals, available to cover various shifts both in the lead-up to the festival and during the festival week (19th to 25th November).
