With a passion for film, design and the arts in general, Kevin Bar'trum studied classical cinema as part of his design degree, focusing on short stories, in the form of high end main film title sequences. What gets him going: cinemaphotography, film and design aesthetics, not to forget sound and score.
He wanted Finding Clarity to have an open audience but also a clear message; you could look at it in more than one way and take from it what you want. As well as it needing to look
good with the tools he had, it's important that the final look of it helped tell the story. He's looking to write more of these short films until he can handle bigger projects, and thinks DepicT! is a great way of helping creatives like him achieve their goals.
