Sit quietly in a room and make stuff up… write down realms of ideas.. realms and realms… write down everything and anything you think of… then write some more and don't stop… when your hand seizes up get some string and bind the pen to your wrist… when you wake up in a pool of drool go get some sleep and remember to eat (cut the string off before you sleep).
When you wake start to read the stuff you wrote and re-write the things you like… the more you re-write the less precious you get and the better you begin to see what works. Sweat and groan for a couple of weeks… don't go out and eat a low sugar diet so the voices in your head can speak. then…
When everything feels like it belongs… then you can start to make it all… record the sound and do the pictures… that's the easy bit.
